The ideal Regional Property Manager candidate will play a senior leadership role in our mid-sized company. The ideal candidate will be hands-on. The ideal candidate leads in a collaborative way.
Strategically manages Raleigh/Durham/Fayetteville, NC apartment properties and NC commercial retail properties.
Develops associates for future promotion; develops individuals who excel in teams
Tactically impacts pricing management, marketing
Evaluates and executes care for the maintenance of our properties to ensure long-term asset value
Proposes process improvements through enhanced use of technology
Positions commercial/retail properties for highest tenancy
2+ years increasingly responsible experience managing conventional apartment properties
Ability to energize others
Proven interest in continuing education such as CPM designation.
Desires to live and travel within our 4-state territory (VA, NC, SC, Savannah, GA)
Some overnight travel is required.
