Community Manager Needed for Lease-Up Community
We are currently accepting resumes for a Community Manager to represent our brand and the newest upscale community in our portfolio of apartment communities. We seek a highly motivated, proven sales performer to lease up just over 240 apartment homes in Clayton, NC. Candidates should have 5 years of property management experience. Our leasing office requires a flexible schedule and weekend duty during the lease-up. The description below is just an overview of the Position.
Position duties include:
Motivating your staff to work as a team to create a positive work environment to be successful following our company policies.
Managing & Marketing the property to meet the occupancy goals. Including Social Media Marketing, Off-site Marketing, Employee Referral Programs, Networking within the local Business Community, etc.
Manager the Revenue Stream, Monthly Financials, and Budget Goals.
Requiring a thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and community policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain professional and excellent resident relationships, promoting the community, providing excellent customer service, solve resident and prospect problems to maintain high resident retention.
Manage Capital Projects, Punch List and Work Orders to ensure the property is effectively and efficiently maintained.
Skills required include:
5 years’ experience as a property manager with over 200 units & managing a staff.
Organization skills, ability to multi-task, excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Accurate administrative skills include: money handing, data entry, filing, accurate forms completion.
Computer and software skills – Yardi, Excel, Microsoft Office, Internet, email and Social Media marketing skills.
We require Credit, Background check and pre-employment drug test. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
$60,000-$70,000 Commensurate with Experience
